As the dust settles there is opportunity to clarify and examine the remaining challenges facing Albertans today in understanding property rights.
Alberta Land Institute is supporting a research project that explores key issues and current challenges around property rights and land-use regulations in the province.This project will seek to identify the implications of alternative property rights frameworks for land management and individual property uses.
